The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Another case of a company accepting a load and them not coming through with the pickup and no reponses to email or phone. Will not use again!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time On two separate occasion DNB confimed then did not pick up the shipment as agreed.
1st time-Tried to 3 party the load and that driver didn't pick up. As a result the owner, Mike said he needed to pick up the 1st load that another driver left him hanging and that he would pick up mine a second time on a Sat. Made W/E arrangements for a Sat pickup only to hare from my people, not the driver, that the load he picked up before mine, took up more space and couldn't fit my load. DNB does not have a

Driver experience trucking problems after picking up the load however he kept me updated on the progress of the repair status and got the delovery to the destination safely. Thanks Mike!
