The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Our customer didn't know that we are actually a broker company and was looking for a quick pickup. One of the days that we didn't communicate with him was actually a Sunday, and the next one was Saturday. On Saturday we've sent a verification mail which was answered perfectly with all the details. The answer was that we will consider all the details and get back to him as soon as we'll have a driver to do this load.

Great Communications and Service. Very considerate of my timing and went the extra mile to make it successful. I will use them again! BTW, they are not a broker; they are shippers!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This is a broker which has provided no communications regarding a shipper in over two days. Upon accepting my bid, they requested I complete a lengthy questionaire, of which I did but I have not heard from them at all and this shipment is time sensitive. I just called them and they, in my opinion, they are doing nothing to find a shipper but probably have offered it on a secondary market.. Accepting my bid and taking a commission to hire a "real shipper" defeats the whole purpose of me using

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper communications was great. Unforseen weather on his side and insurance issues on my side forced us to cancel shipment at this time. I appreciate his working with me and would recommend him anytime.
