My belongings were shipped safely and not damaged. Joe delivered my belongings 3 days late and was difficult to get in touch with by cell and email except right before delivery.

First time user to Uship. Overall a great experience. Jay was very kind. Although he was 30 minutes late moving day, I called Paige and she informed me of the delay. I do wish they had contacted me with that information. In addition a few of my wooden items were chipped on arrival, so I wish they had used a blanket or wrapped the pieces. Regardless, they did a wonderful job and I enjoyed working with them.
