The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The WORST shipper I have ever dealt with. Michael , the driver/owner told me that he will collect my items from Cambridge to Halifax on first week of November. He failed to show up. Then I sent several messages, no response. I called and he never picked my call. He then promised me the shipment will reach the next week. And yesterday he told that he will come to Cambridge and collect it. And when I messaged him he canceled it.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately, we received the booking confirmation only a few hours before the expiration of our quote, so our truck already had left that area and this customer was not able to wait until our next trip. Regards, Simon
