The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Pitt Ohio driver refused to pick up the pallet. He stated they only move used parts if totally enclosed in a box, not strapped to a pallet. I never had an issue with previous shipments.

P/U and Delivery were on time as scheduled and no problems noted with the shipment. Previous experiences with ClearLane have been positive as well.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Service provider was VERY difficult to reach. Once I got a hold of him, he assured me he would be able to pick of the shipment on a certain date; he didn't. Then, he gave me other date which he didn't meet either. I need the shipment moved and can't wait for him to get his act together.
