Sonic Transport was a very good company to work with. No complaints whatsoever. He did what he said he would do, when he said it would get done. There were some last minute changes and he worked well. Also very easy to reach and communicated well so I knew what was going on. Highly recommend using them. Not sure why my first response never posted but felt i should put this back out there.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Pitt Ohio driver refused to pick up the pallet. He stated they only move used parts if totally enclosed in a box, not strapped to a pallet. I never had an issue with previous shipments. Shipment was rebooked thru U-Ship using another carrier

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Service provider was VERY difficult to reach. Once I got a hold of him, he assured me he would be able to pick of the shipment on a certain date; he didn't. Then, he gave me other date which he didn't meet either. I need the shipment moved and can't wait for him to get his act together.
