The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer did not have this ready, with their being no motor or parts together in this truck the wheels were hard to steer straight to get on my trailer, customer has a bunch of miscellaneous parts that were not secured in the bed of the truck with no tail gate. I was not willing to accept the responsibility to drive over 400 miles in the condition the truck was in. Good luck

After many mishaps with this company I felt I must say something. The last 2 shipments I sent with them have been a disaster. One lost and when finally delivered was severely damaged. Second a rare vintage truck door packed and boxed very well, damaged to the point of not being salvageable. Filing a claim with them is also useless it will be denied as a mater of course, with the suggestion that you should have purchased freight insurance. if you do get any satisfaction it will take months.
