I no longer need my item(s) shipped Communication was good. Very step by step. Let me know everything that was going on. Seemed to be very on top of things. Made me comfortable. The bike is exotic and not found in the U.S. This transporter gave me a lot of confidence, and informed me about the shipment every step of the way.
Unfortunately, a wildfire destroyed the area where the bike was being held and the bike.

Very happy with shipping process, despite some delays with the truck..mechanical issues. The whole process went very well, bike arrived in great condition, no issues or problems. Sean Kept me apprised of the situation and once we had a delivery date set, they were right there. I would use these guys again to move my bikes.
