There drop off hours are limited to only 4-6pm which works for them because they are short handed but nit for the customer dropping items off because you have to plan your day around what times the elkton Tforce location allows you to drop off a package for shipment that you already paid an arm and leg for. You should be allowed to drop off all day during business hours just like any other freight terminal
