After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer It weighs about 525lbs.. it was so much the weight it was the fact the customer didnt want it to roll or on there tiles and the exit was difficult I had full intentions on completing the job just needed some different equipment

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Communication was fine with the service provider up until he was unable to physically pick up the piano to load it in his truck. I heard via the seller of the piano that he was frustrated and felt it was significantly above the 350lb I had in the listing. I have bought and sold this exact piano and have coordinated many many moves. This was the first time any mover has taken issue with the weight and was unable to move. I’ve had it moved with 1-2 people up and down steps and ramps.
