I had a chiropractic table with lots of moving parts shipped and shipping was great, excellent price, nothing broke, but wow that's some unreliable scheduling. The pickup place had a specific day they said they needed the pickup to happen. I accepted SteveVest's bid after explaining this and getting a reply back "that date should not be a problem". It was a full week later when the pickup happened, despite the pickup place being willing to accommodate any day after the originally agreed-upon day
