Unprofessional,shipment was late,take him 12/Hours to bring a mini excavator from 75 Miles away,which should take only 4-5 Hours ,I had to open my yard 11Pm after hours ,he clame he has to unloaded same day,I did not recommended to any customer Wasting time doing business with him

Very hard to communicate Shipments deliver 20/Dayes late Not trusted ,he did charge my credit card before delivery Even he promis not to charge the card only after delivery But he still charge my card before delivery I did not recommend any customer to use his service

Updates were given to Rafat as soon as they were available, due to the volume of shipments from the holidays the shipment did arrive late. From the beginning he refused to give us any kind of payment info and even went as far as to call Uship support to complain this is a red flag. I explained the situation to Uship support and was told Rafat would call me to provide payment information, he did not. How could any Company with common sense pickup and deliver freight w/out a credit app or payment
