A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved customer said im 10 days late picking up machine i told him I was picking up friday thats the date scheduled to pick up im no longer able to transport

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Shipper did not tell me all details needed to pickup from Ritchie Brothers. From one location to another is 10 hours. I asked to see if he could coordinate pickup at a later time to accommodate my late arrival. He didn't check and I will be at pickup after hours. Threatened me that if pickups would not be done there would be problems with him and I. I do not feel comfortable picking up for him after being threatened.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I was given the run around with Ritchie Brothers auctions all week. Then I get to town to pick up the Bobcat and they tell me they are closed. I let the buyer know what is going on and that I won't be able to make it to second pickup and he tells me I need to pick up no matter what. Today is Friday and they are closed all weekend. It's a 10 hour drive for next pickup. I can not make a 10 hour drive to pickup in 7 hours.
