The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They were supposed to pick this up yesterday, now we have a $50 (per day) late fee because they didn't show up. Do not quote the job if you can't deliver!
Now they will not return my calls, texts or emails from the number they contacted me with.
I tried the phone number in UShip and it isn't even their number.
Complete waste of time and money!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This “provider” left us in a really bad spot after making empty promises all week.
They agreed to the quoted pick up dates and times, but started making excuses the day after the pick up was due. They told me they would pick up the shipment 2 days later on Friday, Friday was a new excuse and a promise to pick up on Monday. Monday was just another excuse, this time the “truck broke down”.
DO NOT accept a quote if you CANNOT provide the service!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The bottom line this “provider” did not fulfill their end of the deal and put us in a bad spot. They agreed to the dates during the quote, but did nothing to live up to their end of the deal. To make it worse they will not communicate with you. The number on their profile page is busy all the time and they never replied to the email I sent them with the pickup information. I did receive a text from a different number telling me they would pickup the bike 4 days after the deadline on a Saturday.
