Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

Wayne delivered the boat when he estimated he would and everything was in good condition. He was very cooperative and parked the trailer just where requested.
The dealer informed me that the pick up went very well also.
He did not hesitate in giving me all the information necessary for a clear identification of himself to dealer at pick up.
I would be very willing for him to deliver again to me should I have need.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Service initially was to be performed 3/17 but I was informed by Levi Holmes that the boat he was towing for delivery before my pick up was rear ended, destroying the boat and his towing vehicle. He also reported that he and his relief driver had cracked ribs.
Last conversation with him on Thursday, 3/18, was that he would call me with status Sunday PM with tentative pick up and delivery 3/23. This is the last communication we have had.
