Great Shipper. The company did the final coordination with the pickup location, scheduled the pickup, and kept me in the loop. They kept me aware of everything going on, including daily updates on the delivery schedule;e and delivered the shipment ahead of the latest delivery date by 3-Weeks! Great shipper, will use again!

Shipper communicated very well with both the pickup location and drop off location. Item was picked up on time, secured well and delivered within 12 hours, Well ahead of the required delivery date/time

Tempus Logix coordinated with the Government Pickup site in the required 24 hrs lead time and pickup up my vehicle (Ford Fusion) and dropped it off on the date that had contracted for. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that with all other you ship experiences I had either the driver or the auto-track feature would show me where the shipment was so I wouldn't need to call the shipper to confirm when to have someone at the drop off location.

The driver coordinated with Auction/Seller to finalize pickup time and adjusted as needed to meet shipper restrictions. Communications were excellent notifying me of pickup and follow-on communications regarding anticipated delivery times and/or delays. On delivery, the driver notified me of minor trim damage to vehicle on loading and offered restitution (I probably wouldn't have noticed). Excellent shipper, price, and communications. I recommend him to others and will use again.

Picked up my seeder the day he was supposed to and delivered sooner than I expected. Definitely recommend!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider failed to pick up at the agreed upon time. After making coordinations, failed to meet those coordinated timelines. Service provider failed to be responsive with communications. Would not use again.

Great shipper, worked with me and the pickup location representative to coordinate pickup, dealt with equipment problems (unforeseen) at the pickup site and got my rig to me on time.

Communicated very well, having to communicate with multiple person's. Delivered well ahead of schedule, and the tracking system enabled me to track the travel real-time.

Very easy to use. This was a set of motors that were won in an action and the auction company required a number of documents in hand for pick-up.
I sent the docs to the shipper and they took care of everything regarding coordinating pick-up and delivery.
Definately would use again!
