Karen was an excellent customer to work with very easy to get a hold of when needed she picked up her phone every time I called! She was flexible on pick up time and her son was very easy to coordinate the delivery with I did not run into any issues. they are all around very nice people if you get a chance to work with them definitely do it. Justin and his crew were a delight. He was immediately responsive to my bid request and we moved quickly to make things happen. He stayed in touch through our unpredictable winter weather both on the sending and receiving ends. He's very flexible, and honest. He was thoughtful of how he cared for my piano and its contents.
