I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service providor did not turn up for collection and could not offer a suitable alternative. I had to arrange to collect them myself in the end.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Items did not fit his van as predicted

It was not a case of did not fit my van. I called you to explain the steel bins were larger than listed. They would not fit under my rear roller shutter. Also the weigh scales were larger than the floor space of my van. ( and they couldn't travel on there side ) I tried all methods to load your goods as you had agreed to during our telephone conversation. I then explained to you you would need a 7.5 flatbed truck. As the sizes were very large. I wish you luck. Cheers Billy five star.
