A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We would still be able to accommodate it but driver wont be there until Thursday, since Jared needs to get the tractor shipped as soon as possible he requested to cancel it.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Shipment that 8500 pounds tractor has fluid in rear tires, at least 10000 lbs.

This guy is a joke. He had no idea what he was getting into. His trailer wasn't near big enough. And he's claiming that an IH 756 weighs 12,000 lbs. Lol. I've had almost 50 tractors hauled for me now and never had someone back out. So I think we know what or who the problem is here.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was told for several days that this shipment would be picked up but it never was. I'm not sure there was ever a driver lined up in the first place. This is why I don't use brokers. I prefer to deal with the driver only. I did not know this was a broker until I spoke to them on the phone. If I had known I would've never booked the shipment.
