dude showed up late. did not have the proper tie downs for a 850 lb motorcycle AND had zero insurance for the U-Haul open trailer they were going to haul $45k Harley to my customer 1,400 miles away.

I specifically asked for an enclosed trailer to transport a $35,000 motorcycle,,, Lee had No Enclosed trailer available & pushed back my pick up & delivery time by a day, so I canceled the order an got another shipper. wasted 24 hours of my time.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider dude showed up late. did not have the proper tie downs for a 850 lb motorcycle. frankly showed up and all 3 dudes were very young AND had zero insurance for the U-Haul trailer they were going to haul my $45k Harley.
