Andy was super great to deal with. He met us a few miles before his house to lead us in and then lead us back out to make sure we found our way out. Then he called a little later to make sure we made it out fine. We would highly recommend this customer to any one but we hope he calls us first.

All I can is that you were great! Thanks for helping out and being so flexible. My only problem was that I never got to meet you. Some day I hope that we will meet and get to chat and know each other a little better, you seem like such a great person and look forward to crossing paths with you in the future. Sorry for delay- involved w/ CA wildland fire. Items: cherished antique furn., mirrors, etc. from uncle's estate. Early on impressed w/ DD's questions, planned packing methods to protect. Clearly they evaluated before bid. Lower bids came in near end, I stayed w/DD for the confidence & professionalism they exuded throughout. glad I did! Cargo too precious to risk to save $400. Per cousin, DD was on time, very careful loading. DD kept me posted on ETA. Agreed to new drop-off. Use again GREAT!!

Orlando was great! Service & periodic progress updates were over the top. "knock your socks off service" Outstanding! no messing around, very professional. Great job. Look forward to utilziing Orlando. I'll make sure he is aware of each opportunity I place on U-Ship so he can consider it. "Over the top" is understating just how good he is! Thanks Orlando! Andy.
