The customer service was better than I could have ever expected. Earlene was very professional and courteous. I have never shipped a horse this distance before and was VERY nervous. This was my daughter’s first horse and she was a rare find. Therefore, I was a little unsure. However, Earlene kept in constant communication and was very knowledgeable about horses. Needless to say, the horse arrived in excellent condition. The care of the horse was exceptional. I would recommend her to anyone.
