I needed the item by a specific date as noted in agreement. You never called to cancel your delivery service. You ended up costing me triple the original agreed on price. Just because your truck broke doesn't mean you couldn't pick up a phone.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Poor communication. Did not show up to pick up the load. Cost me a lot of money by not showing up. I would not hire this company again.
