A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We did our best to get this shipment moved within its timeline, however, due to unforeseen delays we were not able to meet the schedule. I appreciate Alex's time and patience with us regarding this shipment.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Joe was great, had good communication, and did the best he could. Drivers, not so much! They asked me to call a Govt agency to stay late for pickup, which they did, then called and said tire problems. They then said pickup first thing in the morning, and never showed. My deadline has passed and penalties are severe. I have no choice but to fly in and take this shipment myself. Thanks Joe for trying.
