Despite the shippers claims, Movers Unlimited was NOT misleading with the time-line, NEVER changed the stated pick-up date(s), and made every reasonable effort to accommodate him, as we take ALL commitments seriously. Unlike the shipper, we have documented proof of our claims, and are willing to share that proof with any prospective customer.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Movers Unlimited was misleading with their pick-up and delivery times and pushed the pick-up date back several times resulting in an unreasonable timeline that was not agreed upon. They did not take their commitment to their customer (me) seriously and were unwilling to work with me to reach a fair agreement.
