EXCELLENT Commucation. Although the Customer did not follow my single most important one, Pay First! I did extend them CREDIT and Pick it Up, and Deliver It. I got a check at PICK UP. But then could not deliver it, until the next day. I WILL NOT DO IT AGAIN!!!

Aerocell didn't follow uship plan. Once bid was awarded, he should have made contact. I finally left a msg asking about payment & pickup, got no return call for 2 more days. Pickup was to be at 1pm on Thurs but didn't arrive til 3pm. Ship-to dock (2 hrs away) open til 4pm. Not my fault. At least I phoned & learned that same day delivery wasn't possible. Also had to print Google map so shipper knew where to deliver pallet. Didn't complain. Good guy & great price but lots of extra work.

Lots of confusion. I don't ship often, Aerocell new to uship. Great price, nice guy - wanted to give him a chance to help his uship rating. Would be willing to call him again now that I understand his ways. Expected to make final payment by PayPal but never got direction. He took a company check when offered. Be aware that, to my knowledge, he doesn't use GPS so driving directions are helpful. We had lots of miscommunication but it turned out well. Thank you.
