Christina its been a real pleasure working with you all through out the shipping process. And weve had every snag thrown our way with weather/floods/breakdowns/non working scanners/ your Moms additions-lol BUT the key to our success....constant communication!! With all that stacked against us we managed to safely deliver your once in a lifetime addition Zarianna. And I say We because it takes all involved to make it happen. Bill was very nice and seemed to genuinely care about my dogs being shipped and their well being...he had to deal with Hurricane Harvey and still was able to get my dogs to me safe and sound...they were very happy and not stressed when they saw me :)

April from the moment I accepted the bid answered all my questions and stayed on top of things with me. She did her best to get my prize mare to me in a safe and sound condition with many reassurances along the way. And the added bonus was pictures so I could see an update of a horse I had not got to see in person...she told me about her personality and what they were up to and never got aggravated as many times as I text "what city are u by now" as I grew more and more excited. A++++

Country did a fine job with my precious valuable mare and young foal during a time of record high heat in CA....he had good communication and seemed genuinely concerned for the well being of the horses esp the baby...he stopped anytime he could to check on them and see if they needed to be wet down or if needed more water...he had to communicate with three parties and the other two had positives to say as well...I would highly recommend country :)
