Well finally after been messed about by unreliable companies for months you got your digger , i said we could and would do it and we didnt let you down or rip you off , thanks for trusting us to move your machine over such a distance , good luck for the future

William rewarded me with the transport of four horses from southern England to one of the Orkney Islands.
William gave us all the correct details of what was involved, transport was arranged and payment in full was made very very prompt. Taking the horses up we experienced heavy snow showers and we were desperate to make sure we got of the island the same evening which was possible Thanks to William & Stephen being very kind & very helpful. Nice people to work for, THANKS.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I just request kindly that my booking be cancelled and get refund in full as I am not comfortable with this provider though he has tried hard to be forthright and honest in what and how he's offered the service, just wish he had been easier to contact than he has been as quite often it has been very hard to reach him when I have felt concern over my jcb being transported and so just wish to be refunded by uship & the provider in full and then will hunt down another service provider, I will after

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period sonny love put in a bid for this job - a bid I now consider to be too redicously low, he has neither answered my messages nor any phone calls nor has he answered any emails sent to him. I want this booking cancelled and have this automatically relisted and I do not want to waste any more time on a jerk who had no intentions of delivering the digger anyway (only taking my cash) plus you will take him off your uship members list immediately.....this will be relisted by or before monday 06/05/2013

this job was done differently than requested but was completed with
high risk to horse owners being dropped pier side when getting dark outside though
all finished safely that evening thank the lord

I am sorry but I beg to differ. It was clearly agreed with you that due to ferry crossing times onto the island that you would meet the ferry and walk them the very short distance to your small holding. You even spoke with the ferry master and got him to hold back a very short while to allow us the time to unload your horses and get immediately back on return ferry and off the island that night. I can fully accept criticism if based on fact which this poor feedback is not.

he did do as he said he would and all 7 vehicles have been delivered so I am happy and I would recommend him to whoever needs his services
