Linda,owner, contacted me the day before collection to clarify arrangements. On day, Driver & 2 helpers arrived promptly & loaded van efficiently. Arrived at destination at pre-arranged time and unloaded promptly. Only negative was that I expected to pay via PayPal, as stated on Courier's information, but on arrival was told that Company no longer accepts Paypal and had to arrange for cash payment. I telephoned Linda,to inform her of this; she apologised and said she would alter this immediately
