Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services The service provider appeared with a less than adequate vehicle to accommodate my shipment. For good faith, and because they said that they did not have even gas money, I gave them $100.00 for fuel.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The service provider failed to make the pick-up as agreed, on two different occasions, and failed to notify me that he was not coming. At this point, based upon the service provider's lack of being responsible, I do not feel comfortable with his work ethics.

Although the delivery person was pleasant, I found them to not be responsible. First, I booked for an enclosed vehicle. The motorcycle was picked up and delivered by an open trailer. Secondly, when it was delivered, my windshield was missing. Although it was returned days later, it should not have been removed. If you do not mind this type of care, then this delivery company is for you.
