I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Customer stated the van was 79 inches tall. after arriving we determined that it was a camping van and was 110 inches tall. just a small mistake of one and a half feet. of course we couldn't fit it in our inclosed trailer. Also we didn't charge her any thing for our time and fuel. She misrepresented the size for some reason and didn't seem surprized when we told her about the one and one half foot difference.

I am disturbed that this shipper would leave this negative feedback for me. I NEVER told him that it was 79" high! I did tell him that it was 17' long and I linked my request to my ebay auction. He had 5 photos to view as well as make, model and year. I misrepresented nothing. It is unfair to say that, and I was surprised when he said that he could not pick it up. He's the shipper. He should know his vehicles especially when I told him and showed him what it was.

Our experience with this company was A+++, and we would use them again without hesitation. Our vehicle was picked up and shipped to us much faster than we had ever expected. It arrived in perfect condition and the driver, who was very courteous and friendly, did a great job. Thanks so much!!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Provider was given picture and description of vehicle and when he arrived to pick it up, he truck would not accomodate my vehicle.
