The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I gave the shipper 6 days to confirm a pickup date and he wasn't able to confirm it, so I need a refund so I can repost the trip and work with another company.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They scheduled pick up for Monday this week, it was a no show. Then they said Wednesday and told us they would call 1 hour in advance. They called 15 minutes prior and when we arrived to the pick up point to hand over the cargo, they were gone. Or at least that's what they said, maybe they didn't even show up.
So basically they wasted a week for us, and the cargo is still there waiting to be picked up.
