The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The listing said that this was would be picked up at a residence, but it was actually an auction. When I arrived the bike was not operable and was actually quite mangled. Unfortunately it did not roll and it cannot be transported. The listing showed that it was operable.
