I no longer need my item(s) shipped I just spoke to Rick the shipper I chose to ship this on Uship. I told him I no longer need his services as a family member is bringing the item to me. He said absolutely fine and no problem on his end to retract match. So we both are fine with it. You will find this all to be true as as I said I just hung up with him on the phone. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I called Ike shipper but have not got reply I need to cancell all my listings. I need refund too please. can you accomodate. T-you John Scioscia

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment truck problems. Other than that very professional and easy to deal with Response from ROANTRANSPORTS: WE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER THE DAY AFTER WE HAD PREVIOUSLY CONTACTED HIM ABOUT OUR TRUCK AND INFORMED HIM OF OUR TRUCK BEING FIXED. HE SOUNDED EXTREMELY PLEASED, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARRIVED AT HIS PLACE OF BUSINESS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. WE, HOWEVER, WERE NOT PLEASED WHEN HE DIDN'T KEEP HIS WORD ABOUT FUTURE SHIPMENT ARRANGEMENTS THAT WE HAD MADE. THIS CUSTOMER WAS VERY NICE BUT KIND OF HURT AND SHOCKED US WHEN HE DIDN'T KEEP HIS WORD.
