I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Lu, I really sorry but I will not be able to accommodate this shipment. I tried to work with John on Friday and he gave me opportunity to move this piece with car / dally. I Asked contractors around to help me . John was very nice but I was not allowed to bring rendom people to help , they have to assign service and university require 4 people to move this piece . That will be hard for me to find 3 helpers. Other option was offered to use loading deck but that will takes them a couple days . unf

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Arthur showed up on time and has been good with communication, but he showed up with himself and a U-haul trailer for moving a 450 lbs equipment that requires helpers and tools. He was aware of these details ahead of time but underestimated the job.
Arthur was doing a great job showing up and explaining the situation after the disappointment. The missing foresight for the requirement of the shipping should be attributed to the shipper, the mover, and the uShip platform collectively.

Amber &Josh are true dog lovers and professionals. My 75 lbs Irish setter/golden pup road-tripped with them for 10 days, when she was taken great care of - we loved their comfy van with nice bedding; they also made sure my pup got adjusted by staying with her. Also, they're flexible with delivery schedule, as they keep me posted during the 10 days with updates and lovely pictures on the road and at hotel beds. I will for sure use help from Hardy's again in a heart beat! 10/10 well deserved!
