He transported my CRV as a drive option. When I gave him the car it was clean but when I received it in BC it was very very dirty as if he was driving it on a muddy road. He also unplugged the dashcam, removed the child car seat, and moved some of the 3-4 boxes from the trailer to my car for transport which is very very unethical. I didn’t give him the car to transport things.
He is a great person to work but I won’t be using his services anymore especially after what happened to my car.

Alex is a great person to work with. He and his dad & his cousin came & picked up our boxes, bags & drove our car from Winnipeg to Vancouver.
The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of his time management. We initially decided that he will pick up everything between 11-14th June & finalized 14th June. A few weeks later he said he will come on 13th June. All of a sudden he messaged me saying he wants to come on Friday which was not possible for me. Changing plans affected my travel plans.

Good service. However, bags arrived 1-2 weeks late, due to custom problem at UK.
Bags were properly packed and wrapped. No damages to the goods. Emma and Brian respond very fast.

A perfect transport company with reasonable & affordable price. Victor replied to all my emails within seconds. Victor and me were constantly in touch through emails and everything was organized. The driver “Aurel” came exactly at 8 AM and at the same time i received a mail from Victor announcing the arrival of Aurel. Aurel was really helpful and helped me with carrying the luggage also.
