Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I forwared this customer a contract of terms of pick up and delivery. I missed his pick up delivery time and communicated with him directly via cell phone. After being in his area and calculating fuel expenses, he informs me of going with another shipper the day of pick up. My terms in contract print state that road and vehicle maintenance condition can occur, which he understood. I wasted fuel in leaving to this destination .. Response from Charles W.: Yup, you communicated alright. Except you did it two days after the drop dead date you were supposed to pick up as per the terms of our agreement and then you've got the gall to tell me you had the pick-up and drop-off sites reversed. If that was really true, my guess is you actually would have showed up! I'm a nice guy, helpful and patient even, but I'm not an idiot. And it sure is interesting to see that you blame the road and your truck!

It was a great pleasure making this delivery. Mr.Spruill and Mr.Wajszczuk at pick and at delivery where two great customers. HOPE TO DO BUSINESS WITH BOTH OF THEM AGIAN SOME DAY, THANKS, HOWDY

Tommie is a hard worker but really could pick up his messages more often. Communication is key to a successful operation.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Pick-up was not made on agreed upon dates despite me paying through PayPal for the entire shipment (my dumb move!). After no pick-up was performed, no communication was received about any rectification. At this time, TSP says he would pick up 6 days after agreed upon date, transfer goods to another truck and deliver, however, I do not feel comfortable risking further delays or any potential damage due to the loading/unloading/reloading plan. Response from 2menandatruck: impossible to please customer.......shippers beware........not worth your time.
