I did not show up at agreed upon date and time THE CUSTOMER WAS VERY RUDE AND CURSED AT ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM THE PICK-UP DATE. THE LAST TIME WE ATTEMPTED TO PICK IT UP THE INTERSTATES WERE CLOSED IN WYOMING AND WE CALLED THE CUSTOMER AND HE SAID FOR US TO WAITE.

It is a government location for pick up not a business. But I did give him a quote by mistake for 300lbs not the 600lbs that was listed. I just saw it was for 2 pallets at 300lbs each pallet, my mistake. I explained my error to Les, and said I am sorry and sent him a re-quote. Also including a Government pick up included with this new Rate Quote.

This customer listed their Item as class 50, and wants me to ship it as scrap. I explained if the items are really belts and elbow pads then we have to ship it at the actual class of the item. We cannot just say it is scrap, because the carrier will bill us for what is actually being shipped and we will end up paying more to the carrier than what we are charging. This customer was also very rude and used derogatory remarks. He should be kicked out of uship for his behavior and incompetence.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider was informed of a time frame to pick up material. He accepted the load on that basis. He then failed to show up at three consecutive appointments made for or by him causing severe problems at site location. He did not return numerous phone calls from us.
