Client from hell! Client falsified weight of item, I suppose its hard to read a scale in the back woods, so they owe me about $200 in gas money. Then they think they own you and if you dont reply for two hours they can blow up email, wifes business etc very unprofessional and annoying.
Please ensure to charge this client extra money for the inconvenience they provide, and superiority that they feel that they have. Response from Lumber2love L.: Garbage. Moved our items into an open trailer without notice. Arrived all over the place. Sloppy. Damaged. Nearly no communication at all, days without anything. Contacted wife because IT SAYS TO IN HIS INFO! You can see our reviews all over and see how we operate. No superiority. It’s called customer service. Which we provide to all our clients and he is terrible at. We have nearly 1000 five star reviews with our company. Wonder who is in the wrong here. Hm.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My trucks head gasket went out per my mecha ics. I have no combustion and I am unable yo start my truck. Tried to get backup and it's not happening. Now have to buy new truck. Canceling all jobs asap

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I'll finishing up another delivery in another state and I won't get to Michigan until tonight and the customer's hours of operation doesn't coincide with my schedule and I can't wait until the next morning for pickup due to my other transports.
