The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I do apologize I did over look the 20 boxes. Thank you for relisting the move so I can adjust the price and asking me to rebid on it.

shipper did everything she could including making another delivery late at night so as to meet my time schedule. Great service

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider shipper failed to read a clearly outlined bill of lading and after booking the contract contact me with the option to either pay her more $75 or cancel the contract and rebid.

Yes I did overlook the 20 boxes.I called and stated that and asked if you could cancel the bid and allow me to rebid to cover the boxes. The posting stated "9 items for transport" when in reality it was 29 items for transport. It was a overlook on my part. I will read throughly next time before bidding. We are only humans.I agreed to accomidate the move of the couch by not charging you for it to go 100 miles out of my way after the bid was accepted when you called. I am sorry for this confusion.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The Service Provider wanted to pick the shipment tomorrow. However, on my listing details that the shipment was available next week.
