The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Shipment listed on uShip as 1 pallet, 4’x4’x4’. The actual shipment is 2 pallets including an oversized pallet, 50”x55”x61”, a 40”x40” crate and several boxes in addition to the pallets. I did not become aware of this until May 24 when the business preparing the shipment emailed a detailed description.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I’m having rotator cuff/ bicep surgery this week and I am unable to accommodate this shipment.I have notified Jimmy. Again I am sorry for any issues or inconvenience this may have caused.

The crate was broken in the bottomn from what looks to be fork lift forks and the whole machine was broken loose from the crate from what appears to be maybe a drop because the sides and top of crate was broken also.
