A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The carrier called to inform us they would not have room for our freight today or the rest of the week. We were notified promptly after scheduling shipment.

Another $150.00 liftgate fee! We ONLY ship to customers that have forklifts. I will never use Central Transport again or recommend them to anyone!!!

I would never recommend Central Transport. Another $150.00 liftgate charge, we ONLY ship to customers with forklifts!!! Even if you state on the BOL your company does not authorize the use of a liftgate, they will use it and bill you.

If I could give Central Transport 0 stars I would! They may be the cheapest but wait until you get all the additional fees! A $180 shipment turned into $328.00 due to a $150.00 liftgate fee. We have been in the Automotive Industry for 40yrs shipping parts, we have never experienced anything like this. We ONLY ship to customers with fork lifts. This has happened to us several times in the last month. I will never use them again!!!
