The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider had an equipment issue (trailer breakdown) out of his control. He communicated to us clearly and we were able to find other means of transport.

He arrived a day early and delivered the same day. All new truck and trailer. Very professional and just a great guy.I WILL use him again.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper gave us several excuses and promised to show up several times. We stayed after hours to accommodate hims and he still never showed up. He now will not answer his phone for us or our customer. Terrible service and nothing but lies! We would not trust him now to deliver this bike. He should be banned from Uship.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I called the service provider and so did my customer. Mike Smith said a driver would contact me. They never did. I called Mike Smith the next day and he stated the driver backed out and he would look for another driver. I felt like he was stalling on the delivery. This is another case of a broker making promises they can't keep.
