The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The customer informed me the motorcycle to be pick in east Syracuse New York and need to cancel. I am agreeing with the cancellation but will write an email to ensure that this cancellation does not count against my performance record as this is of no fault of my own doing.

Great service booked picked up and dropped off same day the bike arrived with no damage and were well secured on the trailer very nice people to do business with I would recommend them to everyone and I hope to do business with you guys again thanks for the great experience and smooth transaction

WOW!I wish I could leave feedback like the rest of his customers.Unfortunately I cant.I received my motorcycle and the damage was extensive.It looks like it was dropped off the truck.Bent brake pedal was sent through the engine cover into the clutch. Bent fork ears, dented tank and tail section. Ripped seat.It was dropped very hard to cause all this damage.I was very disappointed.He did not offer insurance. It was a good thing I bought it through Uship All I can say is DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!!!

I did drop the bike and did offer to pay for the damage and gave hime $150 in cash which is what he asked for. He then filed a claim with Uship and said that I gave him only $70, very shady. I'll be contacting Uship regarding the insurance fraud

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This Shipper Has Been A Problem From The Start I Do Not Know Why I Chose To Go With Him He Demanded Pickup Time That He Must Be Able To Get The Bike At That Time Or He Will Just Leave And Not Complete The Pickup And Delivery So I Canceled That Time From Another Bike Now This Bike He Demanded To Pick Up At 6PM Tomorrow And Knows The Shop Was Closed Till Monday Morning So He Insisted On Texting The Customer At 1AM Till 330AM That's Bad Business Not A Good Experience At ALL!!!!!!! Beware Everyone

Shipper, the custome after booking had said he was available for weekend delivery, then previous to pickup said no. gaming for me to wait one day or change route? don't know ?
