I had the same unfortunate experience as Matt except with a designer dining table. It was brand new and needed to be returned to the vendor. It was delivered missing all of its packaging and with deep scratches on the top and chunks missing from the side. Even the delivery person asked the vendor to come out and take pictures before he unloaded it. The shipper immediately assured I'd be refunded and even asked for method of refund, but now will not return my emails or calls for months. Horrible.

I had a great experience! Prompt and simple delivery and pickup of 1 room worth of furniture moved across the country (was just delivered on today). Mehmet communicated timing very well and kept me updated throughout the delivery!
