I no longer needed the item(s) shipped Service provider did not provide the transport method as per the bid details of the open car trailer and would have required unit to to be disassembled and manually loaded into a pickup truck. This was a 400lb snow blower off of a tractor and safety was customers concern for all parties. Customer found other means of shipping.
Response from dinochoppers:
This was news to us. After trying for a few days to lock them into a pick-up time schedule, they told us they decided to move it on their own. We were never told about it being in pieces.
