We fly all of our drivers down to our head quarters for a 4 day boot camp on customer service before they are allow to driver for us. This could not be helped as I said it is a family emergency & family always comes first. I notified by phone 3 days prior to pick up. It was the best I could do. Again I am so sorry for this.
