I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment A CDL is not required to do shipments through Uship. It is also not a requirement for the drivers to present to the customer any type of licensing or insurance. I was very clear with the timeline for the pick up. I'm on the road most of the day and do not have the time to respond to every text or email in an urgent fashion.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After a week of repeated communication via email and text I could not get the provider to respond to my requests. His profile says CDL upon request, but he does not have a CDL. Did not respond to repeated requests for a copy of his driver's license and personal insurance. Given that he is new to Uship and has limited feedback, his lack of response has made me uncomfortable. He may be a great shipper, but I need more accountable communication in order to move forward with shipping with him.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The trailer that I was going to have shipped was side-swiped yesterday (Scott had not even picked it up at this point and this accident had nothing whatsoever to do with him). I have elected to have the repairs done before deciding whether to ship it to Austin. I feel badly about this cancellation as Scott has been extremely courteous, helpful and understanding about this last minute change that directly impacts both his schedule and his income. I enjoyed working with Denes. I had an antique dining set that I needed transported and he was very flexible with timing, competent to pack and deliver and very helpful in coordinating the pick up and delivery while I myself was out of the country. The person he picked up the set from commented on how pleasant and competent he was as well. His fee was also very reasonable. I would use Denes again and recommend him to others.
