Roadrunner picked up my shipment on 10/3. It was delivered 10/21. The shipment was lost. Paperwork was transferred to another shipping company, but the freight was not. At no point did they inform me it was lost. I had to investigate myself. Delivery appointments kept being made & cancelled, as there was no freight. UShip eventually helped me find out what was going on. It was just a bad experience all together.
