It was very delightful working with Lori and her family. Items were already ready to go at pickup and her daughter assisted offloading at delivery. I took longer than expected to pickup and deliver. I truly appreciate her patience and understanding. All around it was a very good experience for me. Super nice people. I wish there were more people in the world like this amazing family.
